Our Vision, Mission & Strategy

At the University of Salford, the Learning and Teaching Enhancement Centre (LTEC) is dedicated to fostering an environment where learning thrives. Our team collaborates with university-wide colleagues to ensure every student at the University of Salford benefits from an inspiring and exceptional educational journey. We are committed to providing a spectrum of academic professional development opportunities, both formal and informal, alongside robust support and training in educational technologies. Additionally, we offer guidance for pedagogic inquiry to further educational excellence.

Our initiatives span from synchronising the university’s overarching strategy with practical teaching and learning methodologies to acknowledging and celebrating the outstanding teaching efforts of our faculty and staff.
