Jess is Academic Developer for Salford Business School. She also leads the Introduction to University Teaching course and is a tutor on the PGCert Academic Practice. Her areas of interest include pedagogy, critically reflective teaching and creative approaches to teaching and learning.
Jess brings experience from her background in applied improvisation, researcher support and learning development. She enjoys building partnerships with academic and professional services staff, researchers, and students to support the development of diverse and innovative learning environments that are inclusive. Jess is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
